Payment Option 1: Simply have the title company pay us directly at closing via a section on your Commission Disbursement Agreement
Payment Option 2: Pay upfront via any Debit/Credit Card for our services when you open the transaction. Any Cancellations will be moved to Credit for your next sale with us.
Transaction Cancellation Fees: If your sale unfortunately cancels, don't worry! We DO NOT charge you for your cancelled transaction. The only fees that you will still be liable for will be any "add-on services" such as contract preparation, sign installation or social media content creation.

-Open Escrow with Title, Lender, Brokers/Agents and Clients.
-Create & manage timelines for all deadlines within the transaction
-Confirm compliance & accuracy in all sale documents
-Open a Shareable digital file cabinet for you and your TC to work together
-Coordinate signatures via Docusign for disclosures and any addendums throughout the sale
-Coordinate & Schedule Home inspections and order Home Warranty when necessary
-Maintain your brokerage filing/transaction management software. We will make sure that all fully executed documents are uploaded & labeled properly to ensure a smooth closing for your brokerage
-Draft Commission Instructions & send to Title after agent/broker approval
-Triple check settlement statements prior to closing
-Schedule repairs & walk throughs when needed
-Maintain Files for 10 Years after Closing

Double Sided Transactions are $600 total and count for two sales! If a Double sided transaction lands on a 10th sale with Rescue TC LLC, you will be receive a $350 discount on your closing invoice!
